Also in the last episode I really enjoyed seeing the Russian having his innards fried by that pule thingy. I hated that guy. Also last season there was a commercial that they played several times after the end of an episode of Lost. The commercial advertised the Hanso foundation which is the foundation that the Dharma project is a part of. Did anybody else catch that. If so the Hanso Foundation has a website. I think the producers of Lost are trying to take the show beyond the show!

Oh yeah! and lost was awesome again this week :D I might point out though that the black smoke still hasn't even been seen or mentioned since Eco. There better be some enormous explination as to what the smoke is, because it drives me crazy how nobody ever worries about it untill it's actually there.

But Locke... pretty sweet huh.

Maybe we saw the smoke monster in the form of Locke's dad? hmmmmm?

I don't know what it is. I think it's the biggest mystery about this show. I think everything else can be explained rationally (or semi-rationally) in a number of ways. But the smoke monster always hangs me up! WHAT THE HECK?

Yeah, it was awesome this week. Love it!

Lost episodes go by too fast. One minute It's time for Lost to start and the next time you look at the clock there's only too more minutes left in the show. Also can you imagine how pissed the others are at Locke now? And what's up with Locke's dad? He's gotta be the worst father every spawned!

Is this what you do with our Friday nights Buffs? And how did you come up with that, it makes a lot of sense. But if Locke's dad is the real Sawyer then who is the Sawyer we all know and love/hate? Did I miss a page or something?

I'm happy to report that I did NOT come up with that...some other poor lonely shmuck spent lots of time deciphering the little puzzle!

They should make a Lost movie, kind of like how they made an X-files movie but less stupid. Maybe they could cover the start of the Dharma foundation and show it's connections to everything that has happened to date. If they don't completely answer all questions at the end of the series.

The black smoke is back!! I'm new to the board, but I'm a LOST fan too!! So what did you think of this weeks episode?

I loved the episode. We didn't learn what the smoke beast was but we know why the pulse fence is there and we learned a lot about Kate. I have a felling that next week will be a big revealing episode and if it isn't I think I'll cry a little bit.

Yes, the Juliet and Kate handcuffed wrestling match was VERY nice...and then they fell in mud! It had the opportunity to become something very special at that point, but they just kept running! *sigh*

So, Juliet is a BIG FAT LIAR. That girl is T-R-O-U-B-L-E! And what's up with Locke? And his hurt hand? Why is he such a freak?

Locke has been very strange lately, but I'm sure everything has changed for him since his father is magically on the island. Plus why did he leave with the others?

Oh man, that was incredible. Every theory I had about Lost was proven true this week. They are all in either purgatory or hell. If you notice everyone of the original cast members committed some crime before they came to the "island". Also next week or sometime in the future I think Locke's dad will be back even though he is now dead. Why? because if you die in hell where do you go? Remember the Russian? he died and now he's back. Think about it.

I felt they were pushing the purgatory idea so much "without actually saying it" in that last episode, that it wouldn't surprise me if they pull a fast one on us and reveal something completely different later.

Ben takes Loche to the "Old but New place" he mentioned and says, "John, your journey is now complete, you've discovered all the secrets of the island, there is only one place left to go. John, welcome to... (he opens the giant door) TACO BELL!!!!!"

Then we all go "oh man! it was just Taco Bell they were talking about all along. It all makes sense now" :) Know what i mean?

I know...it totally seems that way, especially after last nights. But the writer/producers have repeatedly said that they're not in purgatory. They even talked about it in the last podcast (http//lost.cubit.net/viewArticle.php?id=238412). If they were to come around and make them actually in pergatory, they would face some SERIOUS backlash.

I personally think the other wreckage was put there so people would stop looking for the lost kids so no one would find the island.

And they'd better really really really make sure that Locke's dad is DEAD, so he doesn't pull a Mikhail and come back! What a jerk!

I was talkin' with my friend about it and we think that it's not purgatory or hell because it doesn't seem like they would make the show religious. It's not the Hollywood thing to do. Maybe they are in Limbo or some other afterworld.

i read an interesteing theory that they are in the middle of a singularity, or part of a worm whole that is formed by a black whole. A little donnie darko-esk feel would be trippy.

In our local newspaper, LOST poducers have revealed that the show will draw it's final conclusion in the 2009-2010 season. So now that we have an ending date maybe the producers will move faster towards the ending. Hopefully the rush to the finish line won't mean a disappointing ending but who can tell?

Did you know that back in Ben's dad's day, he could throw a football a quarter mile?

I'll bet you that even after being shot Locke will heal magically fast and climb out of that mass grave. Then he'll track Ben down and beat him senseless with one of the Dharma Initiative people's arms. If he can go from paralyzed to not paralyzed then who's to say a gun shot will kill him.

I agree. I thought if that girl can survive the punctured lung, so could Locke. at lease that's where the bullet hole looked like it got him. Looked too low to hit his heart. Locke is gonna come back with a vengeance. If he doesn't i'm going to be so sad.

Last night's show was intense man! Ben is evil! and i saw Jacob's face today on Lostpedia. WoW! I'm so curious what the giant cliffhanger will be at the end of this season though.

what if they make it hit his spinal chord and re-parylize him? That would piss some people off.

It was a REALLY weak death scene, so I say there is NO WAY he is actually going to die. He'll be back.

Also, I've been reading that Jacob is Locke from another timeline, which is why he couldn't see him and why every one in the camp thinks Locke is the stuff. I think that's pretty interesting...

I'd also like to know why Richard doesn't age. They made a point of aging Ben and his dad, so I think it's important.

How in the world are people thinking Jacob is Loche from another timeline already? because he's got a forhead? I don't think it's him at all. they show Jacob's eye and it's not Loche.
