I can't believe there isn't already a zombie comic thread. It seems like this thing gets talked about all the time.
So what's the deal? Did I read somewhere that the fans might be in this in some way shape or form? Is this rumor something the fans made up?
Not that it matters since most of you (fans or creators) have no idea who I am.

Issue 5 looks great. Loved the last panel!
I think it's funny how Daniel is the voice of truth (if not reason! :P)) in every issue. And did anyone else notice that the ladies have "high-gloss" hair? I know... random. ;)
The zombie comic
It's because our hair is TOTALLY like that in real life. You should see it...it's blinding. :)

Woo hoo! Issue 16 is up, and it looks great. Steph is such a bada$$. With extra shiny hair.
The first three panels have a built in soundtrack: dum. Dum. DUM! And then something "Buff"y-esque comes to mind (or ear)...
I like the stylistic switch for Buff's action panels... that looks really cool. As always, Cap, thanks for entertaining us. You're a good storyteller.

Uh... I ran this through babelfish, but it didn't help. ;)
But fear not Isaac, because based on the new issue, Cap obviously liked some of your plot ideas! Kudos:

I think Cap is trying to boost my self esteem with this one! But, yes, this is how I feel every time I watch Kill Bill or 300.

That. Was. Bad. ASS! This is why Steph's outside with a katana! Jus thope for a sharp blade...
I had a dream long ago where this huge skeleton army attacked me and two dude friends I was with and one dude tossed me a sword but the blade was so dull it was pretty much useless.... so I just used my fists and punched their heads off...

It's been a really busy few days, and I was just going to log in briefly to share that I actually dreamed that I checked the site for a new comic and was jazzed that a new one was up! (I don't remember what happened next, so I won't find out it was a prophetic dream. ;)) Whether dreaming about the comic is funny or frightening (or insert your own adjective _here_), I'm not sure, but I knew only you people would even understand, so I had to mention it.
And then I see all the fun I've been missing since Tuesday! Falling out of chairs indeed. I'll come back later when I have a little more time to catch up.
Sigh... I love you guys. And I like oranges.

Zombie-style Dream
Hey, Isaac! I had a zombie dream a couple of weeks ago, too! Oh, holy crap. Yours probably beats mine, but yeah. Here goes. Kinda fuzzy, but I still kind of remember it. The zombie infestation was not with headcrabs, or zombies biting other zombies, or the Internetz exploding, but sort of like the whole I Am Legend deal. The Virulent strain! Any whey, I was looking outside, and zombies were attacking my house, and one breached the brick wall. So, apparently, in the post-apocalyptic future, every "Safehouse" has tunnels leading to it from every other house. My family and I went from our house to a safehouse (My uncle's, who is conveniently next door) and locked our tunnel permanently. My parents had to go to a dignitary meeting (the neighborhood became the capital of the western US somehow) and told me to watch for a pair of doctors that would be bringing an experimental antidote of the virulent strain. So, I was watching TV and playing computer, and there was a security alert. I went upstairs and checked out the window, and sure enough, I saw the tops of a couple of people's heads, one of which I recognized from one of the dignitary meetings. They were waiting outside (how they escaped the zombies, I had no clue), and I went to the garage to let them in. When I opened the door, they had turned all pale and grody-like. I decided to run and shut it. It came down and took out one of them (the one I didn't know, a formerly kindly old lady) and then the one I knew (some dude in his 30's) came after me. He seemed to retain some intelligence and tried to get a message from his human half before the zombie one dominated. He mentioned something about the virulent strain and threw a bottle at me. I caught it and ran inside and locked the door just as his zombie half took over. I started to get a little woozy, so I knew that my time was short (nausea is the first sign of antimortemsial virus) and ran to the safehouse's resident doctor who had run out of supplies. Suddenly, the tunnel from my house had opened and I ran to beat them away, seeing as I was doomed anyway, and they pulled me into their midst, and suddenly the world started dissolving away, and that's it. Holy crap, I should write a book about that.
Also, I like how Kiddo's just trying really hard to get at the dismembered zombie head in the last frame of the comic.
The zombie comic
i think yours was better but maybe we can have our two dreams in the same movie /book like it constantly switches from dream to dream
