Worf is a warrior, Chewbacca is a pilot. Yeah he is tough, yeah he is strong, but he lacks the cultural background and history that has forged Worf into the ultimate Klingon. Plus Worf has more guile than Chewbacca. Chewie doesn't seem very devious.

Both have combat-experience; remember Chewie was a combat-leader back on his home-planet during the Clone-wars. He's also supposed to be over 200 years old, so he has a lot of experience both as a warrior and a pilot.However I agree that the Wookies are too unsophistocated in comparison to the Klingons, and Worf also has Federation-training behind him, being the best combat-officer among the Klingons or Starfleet, in addition to being a champion warrior in all contests.I would say the edge goes to Worf, since if you give him a Batt'leth or a phaser then Chewbacca wouldn't have much of a chance; his only weapon is his crossbow-thingy.

Are you kidding me?  Worf was a joke!  He was always getting his butt kicked by everyone.  He was always like, "I am a Klingon warrior," but he was pretty wimpy.  Chewbacca would whoop him in one second.  Chewbacca is a warrior also and doesn't lose in fights.  He's also super old and has been in many more battles than Warf has.  As for Warf's technique, what technique?  The only technique he has is how to get beat by almost everyone and their sister.

Han would Shoot First. Now that the obvious is out of the way... Yeah. Worf was pretty wimpy and yeah Chewbacca is big and storng but Worf still has something I'm not sure I can recall Chewbacca with. A weapon. More than that. Many weapons. From klingon blades to Federation phasers worf has pretty much what ever he needs.Then again, apperenly Chewbacca was shot in the back in (at least one edition of) New Hope when they were in the grabage room and Solo shot at the door. It didn't even slow him down for a few minutes later so I'd say it's either a draw (by Worf running away after a point that he realizes he can't even scratch him) or Chewbacca winning, simply grabbing Worf by the forehead and lifting a few inches above the ground then using him as a punch bag.  Ather lenoro' sharanteh! The guy defeated the head of the Klingon Empire (a born bad-ass in his own right who had completed several battle campaigns and waged successful wars against the Romulans, Cardassians, the Dominion, and (to a MUCH lesser extent) the Federation)) in single combat.He also tracked down and slaughtered the Klingon that killed his mate, avenged his Father and restored his family's honor, went toe-to-toe with a Jem'Hadar warrior (that had previously beat every opponent before like a red-headed stepchild) and kept getting back up for more, and went on to install a friend of his as the head of the Empire.Sure, Chewbacca got up and hollared at the start of a battle during Attack of the Clones, but I'm pretty sure Yoda and his troops did the brunt of the fighting.  All he really did was toss Yoda in a space egg and give his Wookie friend a "fuck my life" look before signing off to become another action figure for Lucas to make a buck on.Federation trained Klingon warrior vs a giant walking carpet?  Worf all the way.
