Speaking of Ginger Snaps... and I was.

I saw Ginger Snaps 3 (Ginger Snaps back | The Beginning) this weekend.

Ginger Snaps was okay... though it tried a little too hard at times. Never cared enough about it to see Ginger Snaps 2.

But I found a free copy of GS3 weekend and i figured it was worth a go so I went with it. Very little in common with the first 2 (aside from the cast and the unbreakable loyalty of sister). It's about a colonial group trying to defend themselves against an onslaught of werewolves. Cool atmoshpere. Cool colonial bad guys and stoic indian companions. But the story was a little ... something.

I don't know. I suspect that i would've liked this movie a lot if I hadn't seen GS1... if it had been some other francise (with perhaps a better title). Anyone else see it? What did you think? Jake?
