SPOILER ALERT!!!

If there is one movie that needs a new ending it is this one: There isn't one!!! We were left to guess what happened. The only thing we have is Neeson's character charging the alpha wolf (The main reason I went to see it, and it wasn't shown. I'm mad!) and an after credit clip of the alpha wolf beaten but still breathing (still leaves the ending open).

Overall it was good, but it was too depressing for my taste (When someone dies, its not quick like, lets say, Jurassic Park). A very deep movie and not for everyone.

But my gosh it needs a better ending!!!

Comments:

Up until the "ending"  I really enjoyed the movie. It is definitely a movie to see in theater, i dont jump during movies much, but there were quite a few scenes in it where i did. The ending would work for a book, but for a movie it is a letdown. For an alternate ending, i think it should be Neeson's character basically slaughtering the wolves, then the guy that was left by the riverbank pops up out of nowhere and plays a guilt trip on Neeson's character.

Get this,
apparently there was supposed to be a fight, but it was cut out for "artistic reasons"! There are rumors floating around that the fight will be shown in the DVD's bonus material.
I think that this is some sort of marketing that makes you watch the movie AND buy the DVD.
Well it worked. I want to see the fight!

That would be a kick-ass fight.
