Old cartoon movie that came out in 1977 and during the 80's played on HBO alot or whatever major network. About  these two mouse stuck together who become partially broken and looking to become self winding toys. The movie is based off the book but never read the book myself but the movie is not just for kids neither, it's got a dark side to it and feel adults can probably relate to it considering now the more I think about it is like the government is trying to force itself on ya and you trying to become indenpendent from them. I have it somewhere on dvd this guy I know made for me from a copy of the vhs tape, and yes it's legal cause this movie came out before the copyright laws were introduced. And apperently no one has ordered a re-issue of the copyright of the movie. So actually the movie might be considered public domain now. The book has been republished in 2001 but that doesn't mean it has domain over the movie I don't think.
