They both are basically equals aren't they? Only rorschach is merciless and is willing to kill and Batman has more advanced gadgets. I'm not sure myself who would win, What do you guys think?

By saying that "He's merciless and willing to kill, but Batman has better gadgets." I think you just declared Rorschach to be 90% of the Batman villians. Because of that, I'd say Batman. (I don't even like Batman to be honest but as Otaku pointed out in Spider-Man Vs. Batman: Batman is basically a joke of himself. All is needed for him to win is to not fight an completely involnurable enemy and bam he won. (Occaisonally someone breaks his back but he'll be back, even if he has to battle history it self.) Actually, I consider that since Batman is another vigilante, they both would go soft on each other (wound but not kill) and if they were fighting fist to fist, rorschach would dare to do more damage then batman. Rorschach doesnt have armor like Batman so he would have to use a weapon like a crowbar or a steel pipe but Batman would hit is arm and the weapon would fly into the air but since Rorschach is very good with making weapons with ordinary objects he could probably make something.this fight would be awesome,
