Social Network is a tricky film. It's a super dramatized version of something we all know and use daily (well some of us anyway) It's controversial in the sense that characters could be misrepresented. And most of all, it's a story that isn't even over yet. So, this was a challenge and we definitely went back and forth on this one for a while. In the end we decided the flaw in this movie isn't any specific plot hole, but rather the character Mark. How should it have ended? Mark should say the words "I'm Sorry" Because that is the one thing he never is in the film... well maybe not till the end anyway, but it's still unclear if he is or not. So, this HISHE was unlike anything we've ever encountered. It's sort of serious! :) But ultimately it was intended to just point out that Mark sort of caused all the problems in his own life and if he'd just talked it out like normal people, maybe everyone wouldn't have fought with him the whole way.The quick Credits Are:Written By: Tina Alexander, Daniel Baxter, and Tommy WatsonVoices: Tina Alexander and Daniel BaxterMusic: Bryan EnglishSmall crew, but a very large short. The final music on this piece blew my mind and I think musically this is one of hishe's best. So I hope you enjoy this short. It's different I know, but that is why I love it. Thank You Tina and Tommy for helping me get through this one.

Yes!!!
The wait is almost over!! I've been checking the site everyday to see if the social network Hishe is out yet cuz I want to see you guys do a short on one of my favorite movies of the year and judging by Daniel's post, the short seems better than it thought it was gonna be.The movie soundtrack was awesome like everything else so I will love 2 see Bryan's take on it. I've listened to Brian's music in your other videos and I think he has some serious talent! A Hishe with a serious tone, thats something new so I am just that more exited!! Hope it's out soon!! You guys rock!!! BTW, is this the first video in which Tina has done one of the voices or has she also given her voice in some of your other shorts?hamzak rollin out!
The end dance was
The end dance was hystercial.Great job.
Soooo true. Actually i
Soooo true.Actually i prdeicted you would make it so that he was actually dead from freezing to death after running in the snow in his pjamas, and the whole facebook thing was only his personal purgatory. Still, great ending, one of the best so far. Ather lenoro' sharanteh! (Ather's light guide us!)"Food for thought!"
Awesome!!!
The video was awesome!!! Mark Freezing in the cold was friggin hillarious! This has made it to my favourites list! You guy just keep on improving and improving and this is your best improvement so far! keep up the good work!hamzak rollin out!
The music was great
First I have to say that the music was perfect. Granted most of the music in other shorts are spot on, but this time it was sublime, especially the ending lyrics. This is the first short that I've seen prior to seeing at least a large part if not the whole move. So for me this was a little funnier the second time around. The Frazilion Bazilion dollars line had me rolling. I kind of was expecting Justin Napster Timberlake to sing "Bring it on down to Farmville" instead of Facebookville, but I love anything referencing JT's singing mascot skits from SNL. (the other being in oceans' 30)
Ocean's 40
The name of that video was actually Ocean's 40 but I totally agree with you! The music in this short was epic! Brian has some real talent, just like everyone who worked on this site! What really made me love this short above your others is that it has something that your other shorts don't (I'm not sayin I dun like your other shorts! I LOVE THEM LIKE CRAZY ASWELL!) that thing is HEART. The reason why this short is my favourite one! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!hamzak rollin out!
Kiddo...
Kiddo was on the wine bottle at 0:55 or thereabouts...Anyway, not one of your best for sure, but still funny :)
I was thinking about it
I was thinking about it today, and I wondering if a better final scene for the short would have been a shot of the owner of Myspace bursting into tears after reading that Facebook has 500 million members.
Excuse me
I LOVE it when everytime you guys make fun of the entire movie itself instead of just one specific aspect. I really think that you guys should consider doing another "How It Should Have Ended (From Start to Finish)."My favorite part is when, after Mark says "No, you have the minimal amount of my attention," and the lawyer says "WELL EXCUUUUUUUSE ME!" I was thinking something similar while watching the movie.
(SPOILER ALERT, i think!!!!!!!!!)
I say this one of your best ones, I was crying from laughter in the end," Im bringing Facebook back!!!!!!!!!!" But you should made fun of that part when they're in the California home, and when Mark throws Shaun's girlfriend a beer, he hits one of the camera guys. Also in the end sequence of the movie Mark has his jacket off not on in the hishe version. Awesome Video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S.
Sorry for being a jerk. Please forgive me (I was writing the comment, watching Star Trek with my family, and eating dinner.
i forggot 1 or 2 more
i forggot 1 or 2 more things, was that Steph and Tina on the Facemash page? and wasnt that tommy in the court room in the backround?
Yes it was
That was Tina and Steph in the Facemash page! I didn't notice Tommy in the background before even though I've watched this video like a bazillion times!! Nice catch!!hamzak rollin out!
I watched this short despite
I watched this short despite not having seen the movie. (I had very little interest in it) Still found it funny and the production quality seemed really good on this. Great work as usual. Twitter
Moi Aussi
I didn't see the movie either (for the same reason Ronin didn't) and I guess (geuss?) it was a mistake 'cause I found it less funny than usual. (Well, you did say it was supposed to be serious) But don't take that like I'm mad at you or something like that! you guys are awesome at your job-ish thing!
This is awesome
-Luis"Do you want this. Do you want to go back being a joke.""I am not a joke, I am Spider-man." XD :)
Did you just quote Goonies?
"I'm SPIDERMAN!" Hilarious.
Garfield is Spiderman
Dude, do have premonition or what!?
I was just thinking about the new spiderman movie coming out and realized that in your video you had Saverin, Garfield's character, say "I'm Spiderman!". Was there any news of his involvement in the movie beforehand, a random spiderman reference in the movie (I haven't seen it yet), or can you see into the future?
