Who would win in a fight the T-X or the T-1000 from the terminator movies. I personally think the T.X would win because she has more weaponry and her model is more advanced than the T-1000. What do you guys think?

I sooo think the T-1000 would win. True he is an older model but it's still the face of the Govenator. You can't beat Arnold!

Um, thats not T-1000

While either one wins against the T-100 (the governator model) in an out and out fist fight, real world fights would depend a lot more on circumstances.

however, we don't care about the real world circumstances here, this is just who would win in a fight.

Personally my money's on T-1000 still. Although he is an older model, he's practically indestructable except with the help of industrial grade heat and a lot of other metal to mix him with.

TX would be able to blow him apart several times, and hold him off a lot longer than T-100 could have, but she still is reliant on a complex internal framework and vulnerable to the piercing, slicing, and crushing attacks t-1000 would use. The only weapon she could use to melt him with would be her flamethrower. That weapon was designed to ignite flesh, not melt complex alloy's. Even if she could get T-1000 to just stand still and let her hit him full force (which is highly doubtful) I doubt it would get hot enough to make his face droop.

It would be a long and epic fight, but there can only be one outcome if they're pitted against eachother in an arena match.

IF they're fighting eachother in an ironworking plant, then it's anybody's ballgame, even T-100. That fight's all about positioning and trickery, something they're all good at.

Oh yea!!!! Freakin duh!! My bad I have the 1000 and 100 all mixed up.... at least everyone knows who I mean....

Eigther way.... The TX will loose

But the 1000 it notoriously difficult to kill... her weapons are advance but like Valar said Quote:

wasn't arnie's model the T-800? i don't remember T-100 being used at all. i seem to remember him mentioned something about 'cyberdine systems model 101' though

that was my geek moment for the day....and if you can read this you don't need glasses

T-800 was his series number and 101 is his model. That's where that running joke can from about them coming of an assembly line.

Kinda weird in the third movie the T-X used an actual handgun instead of one of her own weapons in the first few scenes before she started to fight arnold.

T-1000 ALL the way. First off he's a WAYYY cooler bad guy, and like the other people said, he's pure metal, while the T-x does have some sort of machinery inside.

the t-1000 is nearly indestructible, and as far as we know, may have even lived through the molten steel bath it was given at the end of T2.

the tx is partly mechanical robot, which may make it susceptible to EM, though when it was stuck to the particle accelerator, it was still able to operate a saw to destroy the particle accelerator (which has always confused me, how was the saw not magnetically attracted to the accelerator like the rest of the tx?), and seemed to have no after effects.

but still in the end, the T-1000 would probably end up winning, seeing how it really has no weaknesses (freezing can stop it, but you have to keep it really cold, really really really cold), and is not dependent on solid mechanical components, which can be broken.

Hmm, Your ideas intrigue me and i wish to subscribe to your newsletter ,
just joking now that you mention it after watching the movie again i noticed the T-1000 got progressively weaker meaning all those little glitches he would run into when he would try to put himself back together especially when arnold shot him with that grenade launcher. I think the t-1000 is tough to kill but not entirely indestructible . The T-X could maybe infect him with her nanobots like she did in the last movie with arnold basically control him remotely.

actually tx would thrash the t 100, coz ...
1) its designed to have a way to take out other terminators (arnie ses dat it is a terminator terminator)
and 2) it could jsut use its nanobots to control it!

There may be noticeably a bundle to find out about this. I assume you made sure good points in options also.
