Which Terminators?
Well if you meant only and really: ONLY the humanlike terminators then there is really no question. Even one ofthose racist-o-bots could beat them by kicking it until it dies... How ever if we talk about the one from Terminator 2 (its not really human-like just can look like one). Then the tide is turned as it could just squeeze itself into the body of any transformer and brake its CPU from the inside (or what ever they have).

How do they get inside? Plus a human weapon killed a 500,000 ton robot--imagine what it do to a 10 ton terminator that abducts people.

My logic might be faulty but I think that a shapeshifting poodle of 'what-the-hell-onium' (which the bad guy of Terminator 2 pretty much is with all his awesomeness) shouldn't have problem crawling inside a Transformer 'The Blob' style. Besides the only way they managed to destroy one permanately was to drop it into lava. Granted super alien weapons might have similar heat effects as lava but i doubt it would still pose too much to a threath to these kind of terminators, provided they don't just try to walk up to the transformers.(Again i could be wrong, infact being a fictional topic, it is doubtful that anyone is right but, this is just my opinion :) )

I aggree with lctiv on this one, it depends on which terminator and how many their are... one transformer (one that is bigger than the average human of course) vs. one of the t1000's all the transformer has to do is flatten it with its foot, vs. the t2000 not so much but the transformer still has the more advanced weaponry unless the battle is set in the terminator cannon future...There is nothing to fear but fear itself... and spiders... and snakes... and sharks... you get the basic idea.

Because if skynet could hack into every computer on the planet, why on a transformer? and even if it could'nt, It would scan its body and make terminator transformers...... crud.
the transformers are 60 foot
the transformers are 60 foot tall machines equiped with uilt in vehicles, weapons and retractable armora standard terminator is 6-7 foot tall with tough armor and G11 sub machine gunsthough if skynet used those big terminators that have termi-cycles in his shins and H-K's then they would have a chanceotherwise its the transformers (robots in diguise)

well the transformers could just crush the terminators with one fatal stomp. but then again as soon as the transformers turn into cars the hunter killers could just fire a rocket down there exaust pipes and KABOOM
