Sorry to comment as a latecomer, but what a treat to return and find not one but two issues waiting... like when you take down the Christmas tree and discover that there were a couple of presents still hiding under there! Loved 'em both!

Issue 13: The Easter eggs were great - very cleverly woven in. And I laughed at the unexpected zombie Chief.

I was blown away by the zombie chief as well and am loving this Zombie series.

And as Jack's mommy, I can say "Car May Mombies" is something he might actually say. And with that much enthusiasm as well. The real Jack absolutely ADORES Simplecap. In part because he introduced him to WALL-E, which I'm proud to say, along with Elmo of course, is his favorite character in the world. :)

But back to Zombies. Has anyone speculated which of us is going to die first?? ;)

When in doubt, go back to the canon I say, so of course I went back to the oft-referred poster in Issue 47.

If Cap goes by this, then everybody's ok at least until Steph takes on all the zombies with her katana. I think it's a katana.
So if that scene happens, I vote for Buffs dying first - sorry Steph. I'm have no doubt that you're an accomplished ninja, but unless someone comes out to help you, after you take down about 37 zombies, one of them's going to get too close.

(Edit: mixed up Gil with Mark in the comic. Gil reminded us that he's "outside at the moment" here...)

Having said all that, of course Cap doesn't have to follow the poster at all, and I'm already in danger of starting to sound like an over-analyzing fanboy and uh... I'm going to go now. :oops:

i think it makes most sense if both happen how would he escape unless Gil came and saved his butt i think Gil is outside and starts doing a spank attack on the zombie(tommy gets and hides a small bite) and steph rips of the zombies head and then the realize steph is a better guardian than Gil and she finds a Katana in the closet and goes out to help Gil to find him being eaten by zombies and she starts slashing the zombies and as this happens it starts to rain

I think that is a BRILLIANT plan, Isaac5! Daniel, take note! You might need to rewrite the rest of the series. :)
