i always like it when you see a character come across a zombie kid that they need to kill in a movie. A sniper entry would be good in the futureIm not much of a reader but this has me hooked

Annyone up for writing a side story on david?  read below for details, pm me what you come up with on the first chapter and i will give it a P(ass) or F(ail)  words inside [ ] are the interviewer either speaking to the reader or the person they are interviewing " " If annyone wants to do character sketches i am more that willing to recive! New York, New York,     [I walk into an apartment building, probably the most clean looking one in the city.  A man invites me up to the second floor; the entrance is a ladder at least 10 feet up with room for one person at a time.  His name is David; he is Caucasian, fair haired, on the skinny side, though who these days aren’t.  He has a long sad face with streaks of white through his hair, showing signs of stress.]   “You may have heard the rumors about this place,”   [He gestures to our surroundings, a few blood stains, but nothing more to speak of]   “They are all true.  This is the one building in the entire city that managed to survive the whole Apocalypse, and we are proud.”   [This is the legendary 1050 twenty-third street apartment building.  These men and women banded together to survive where no others could.  “How did it start?”]   “Luck,” Says David, “Pure Luck.”  Most of us were visiting relatives and there were many rooms being rented here.  Someone just happened to have the survival guide with them for a bit of light reading.  Oh yeah that book was critically acclaimed, but it was just a fiction book right?  None of us ever though tha-   [He breaks off looking away]   “Well anyway, the skills of all of the apartment’s residents came in handy.  The guy with the book had the essentials of preparation copied unto several pieces of paper before actually starting the prep itself.  Nearly every man woman and child had one within days.  Every floor but the bottom one was taken advantage of.  Bathtubs filled, ice cubes in coolers, non perishables in one place, perishables set out for a first night feast.”   [There is anger in his eyes as he finishes the sentence.  “Something went wrong.  It was more a statement than a question.  I have seen that look before.]   “What people don’t know…”   [He falters slightly, as if hesitating, then continues]   What the legend doesn’t tell you is that we f**ked up big time.  We never destroyed the stairs; we were so busy preparing everything else we just forgot.  We almost all died, if it hadn’t been for Giampalo’s sacrifice-   [He starts to tear up, his eyes already red and bloodshot I now realize.  He must have been crying before I arrived.  I lead him on, “That’s why there is a ladder?”]   [Gaining control of himself]   “Yes, we just broke the stairs during that summer, when the winter came though… there just seemed to be less Zombies, maybe they moved south to avoid the cold, from what I have heard, they freeze.  What ever the reason, were able to fill up the missing piece of floor, and leave a square just big enough for ourselves and a ladder the undead would not be able to climb.  However big a blessing the winter was, it was also a curse without heating.  At least four people succumbed to the cold the first winter alone.  Are medicine supplies were low at one point, but sending people out into the city was suicide.  To many doorways, to many choke points”   [I open my mouth to ask another question, but he interrupts as soon as he sees the movement.]   The real question you should be asking is, “how did we manage to survive where no one else could?”  My answer to this question would be:  “I have no god damn clue”   [He looks away, walks over to the liquor cabinet and takes a swig of vodka from the bottle]      Minecraft... if you dont play it.... well i dont really know what to say to you. Maybe something like... You should play that... if you find this funny i think you should be seeing someone WWZ Blog: http://wwz-ralphsstory.blogspot.com/2011/05/8-months
